Executive Pastor Kisha Hines

Pastor Kisha Hines is a proud native of Columbia, SC.  She earned a Chemical Engineering Degree from Georgia Tech in 1997 in Atlanta, GA, graduating with honors.  She is currently employed in the Energy Sector at a Fortune 500 Company as  Director of Corporate Sustainability.  In this role, she is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution of Sustainability strategy and performance in alignment with corporate initiatives.  Prior to joining her current employer in 2017 as a Consulting Engineer for Air Permitting and Compliance, she held positions of increasing responsibility at Dominion Energy (formerly SCANA Corporation) in Columbia, SC; INVISTA Corporation; South Carolina's Department of Health and Environmental Control; and AlliedSignal (currently Shaw Industries).  In her professional career, she has over 25 years of combined experience as an environmental engineer ,  corporate community volunteer, speaker and corporate sustainability leader.

In 2017, after over 26 years of music, campus, and public ministry, she was officially ordained for Pastoral Ministry.   God has granted her a distinctive grace and gifting in prophetic ministry, inspired worship, divine healing and operating in the gifts of the Holy Spirit.   She has been married to her husband Pastor Robert Hines for 25 years. They have three children Robert (20), Kayla (15), and Alanna (12).  In obedience to the Lord’s leading, she and her husband relocated form South Carolina and founded Excel Church in St. Louis, MO in January 2020.  Their ministry focuses on helping others excel in life and reflect God’s excellence in the earth.  Pastor Kisha is passionate about God’s Word, the Church, the Gospel of Jesus Christ and the Kingdom of God.  She has a sincere heart for women especially new mothers, young women, single women and women dealing with depression and relationship challenges.
